Primeabgb has the right to change the Product prices without any prior notice to the customer. The selling price of the product may be higher in some cases than MRP due to the sort supply of the product, in this case, Cinntra Infotech is not liable for any penalty.
If product is not in stock, Cinntra Infotech PVt Ltd. have every right to cancel the order without intimation to customer, email should be sent for cancelled order. In the event of Out Of Stock, full amount will be refunded to customer.
All specifications of products and its images mentioned on our website is just to identify the product, it may be vary time to time by its manufacturer, in that case our company is not liable for any errors or any technical thing which does not match with the product received by customer. If the customer wants to cancel the order which is already cofnirmed, in this case 2.5% cancellation charges apply and we shall cancel the order and refund the amount after deduction of charges. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Cinntrainfotech.com, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 5% of the order value. Cinntrainfotech.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Cinntrainfotech.com and accepts Cinntrainfotech.com decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law.
Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Once invoice made cannot be modified or cancelled for any reasons thereof.
The item is tested for physical damage at the point of sale and the company is not liable for the physical damage of item any more. This remedy constitutes the customer’s exclusive recourse for any such occurrence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cinntra Infotech expressly disclaims any and all liability for any other damages or losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive, arising from or related to the receipt of a product sourced from an unauthorized channel. This disclaimer includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary losses.
Cinntra Infotech’s commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing a refund or replacement as described above. This commitment does not extend to any other form of compensation or liability for any losses or damages allegedly incurred as a result of receiving a product from an unauthorized source.
